Navakarana means 9 movements. Your breath leads each movement and the teacher keeps the rhythm of the practice. It’s a strong, meditative class.

Start with at least one beginners class, or enquire about our private classes; Aerial Flow, Yin or Slow Flow are great follow up classes for newbies.
