Aerial Yoga & Fitness Courses

Fundamentals 1 & 2
After the 3-day course, you will be able to teach 3 specific classes to your students right away. This course will open the doors for you to continue your education in either AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga, or AntiGravity® Suspension Fitness as well as any of our Specialty (Secondary) courses.
Minimum requirements: We do not require any specific certification. You should have a good understanding of the body and flexibility, coordination and core strength are a plus. Other requirements for the program : a good sense of humour and the wish to explore new boundaries. Mostly…. a wish to find your wings!

Foundations Yoga Courses
Build your practice from the ground up and discover yoga with our Foundations Course. Commit to one class a week for one month and experience transformation through philosophy, breathwork, and movement. Gain confidence as we break down the essentials, perfect for every-body eager to learn the ancient art of yoga.
This pre-recorded course is divided into 7 easy-to-follow sections, allowing you to learn from the comfort of your home.
