Hatha Align class is designed to give you a well-rounded yoga experience. Beginning with Pranayama (breath exercise) to awaken awareness of the breath, followed by traditional hatha style postures focused on alignment to build strength, flexibility and focus, including floor postures that will strengthen and mobilise your core, hips and spine.
This class is great for any level from beginners to advanced yogis wanting to focus on their basic alignment and foundational practice.
