Commencing with a brief group practice to ensure our bodies are sufficiently open, we will then navigate through a variety of asanas, refining techniques to deepen poses and exploring different alignments. Crafted as a collaborative experience, you will have the opportunity to share your own insights and concerns, connecting with fellow teachers on the shared path of imparting yoga.
