AERIAL RESTORATIVE YOGA

Beginners Welcome

The gentle, healing side of Christopher Harrison’s AntiGravity Yoga. This powerful method focuses the mind through powerful visualisations as it floats the body through a series of gentle gyro-kinetic motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body.
This technique features full body inversions, alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction. It offers accessibility to students with physical limitations, but is loved by all as a portal into deeper spinal flexibility, and mind/body connection.

Taught in a sequential flow to music, the curriculum incorporates levitating meditations, zero-compression inversions, supported sun salutations, joint opening poses, and a floating sivasana. Working from different hammock heights allows for the gentle opening of hips and spine.

Alina Panchenko
My name is Alina, and yoga has been a meaningful part of my life for the past 15 years. It’s my source of strength, clarity, and joy — a practice I carry in both body and spirit. I’ve completed several courses wand earned my certification as an AntiGravity Yoga Instructor. I love sharing yoga with people of all ages — from little ones to adults. I even brought my 78-year-old grandmother into class and guided her through a gentle practice, which was a beautiful and moving experience for both of us. Outside of yoga, I work as an IT consultant, but on weekends and in my free time, you’ll find me teaching yoga — creating warm, inspiring spaces where everyone can move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
